  What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is for people who would like to make a positive change to any area of their life. It can be about making your life function better as a whole or focusing on one particular aspect of it.

You may already have an area in mind which you wish to change – perhaps your health, relationships, parenting, work or family life - or you may wish to use coaching to explore issues and establish what it is you need to change.

The process will involve taking stock of your present situation; clarifying the changes you want to make; identifying goals; learning to take decisive action and maintaining a positive frame of mind.

Ultimately you will feel in control and capable of organising your life in a way which suits you.

Life coaching will typically involve six – eight one hour sessions. It is designed to be a fast and effective process to help you make specific changes to your life.

An initial free consultation will help you define what you want to achieve and a coach will explain how you can expect coaching to benefit you.
